Wiresheet Traces Drill Field Drill

The Reading a Wiresheet lesson teaches the method: start at the wrong output, step upstream, and the first block whose output stops matching what the sequence needs is your block. This drill is the method against sheets that fight back. Every one of these is live — the values are what you would see on the screen — and every block on them computes its own label faithfully. The difficulty is somewhere else: a branch that looks guilty and is healthy, a chain that permits correctly today and would protect nothing on the day it matters, or a number that is entered in the wrong field and is entirely plausible in both. Read to the pin, not to the block.
